RoamReady offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was processed in error or duplicate
  • The eSIM plan was not activated or used
  • Technical issues prevented activation of the eSIM
  • Service was not provided as described

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • eSIM plans that have been activated and used
  • Plans where data has been consumed
  • Plans that have expired
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Plans purchased with promotional or discount codes (unless specified otherwise)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of your refund request
  3. Include any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for refunds. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your eSIM plan at any time by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless the plan meets the refund eligibility criteria outlined above.

6. Plan Renewal

RoamReady does not automatically renew plans. You must manually purchase a new plan if you wish to continue service. No refunds will be issued for plans that have expired.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • A plan was purchased but only partially used due to service issues
  • A plan was not activated due to technical problems on our end
  • Service was interrupted for an extended period

The amount of a partial refund will be calculated based on the proportion of unused data or service time.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

9. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account
  • Refuse future service
  • Pursue legal action to recover chargeback fees
