By purchasing an eSIM plan from RoamReady, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
All eSIM plans are delivered digitally via QR code to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation. RoamReady is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
eSIM plans must be activated on a compatible device. Data allowances are valid for the stated duration from first activation. Unused data does not roll over. Plans are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred.
Full refunds are available for unactivated eSIM plans within 14 days of purchase. Once a QR code has been scanned and the plan activated, refunds are not available as the data service has commenced. Technical issues preventing activation are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
RoamReady provides coverage information as a guide. Actual coverage may vary based on local network conditions, device capabilities, and geographic factors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for coverage gaps in remote areas.
eSIM plans may not be used for illegal activities, spamming, automated data scraping, or any activity that violates local laws. RoamReady reserves the right to suspend service for violations without refund.
RoamReady's liability is limited to the purchase price of the eSIM plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or coverage limitations.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
